The Summer Afternoon Program (4 weeks) is a short-term program designed to help students intensively study Korean during the summer vacation while also experiencing various aspects of Korean culture.
Class size:Maximum 15 students per class. Students will be placed into upper, intermediate, or lower groups within Level 1 based on a simple pre-course placement test.
Class hours:Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 4:50 PM (3 hours per day, 4 days per week, total 48 hours)
Level: Only Level 1 (beginner level) is offered.(Only beginner learners are eligible to apply.)
Cultural activities: Optional participation in activities such as Korean cooking classes (additional application required) ※To be announced later
Field trips: Visits to major sites such as the DMZ and Daegwallyeong (additional application required) ※To be announced later
2026 Tuition: KRW 904,000 (Tuition KRW 864,000 + Insurance KRW 40,000) - Insurance must be paid together with tuition (non-refundable). Failure to pay will result in cancellation of registration.

This program is designed for beginner-level (Level 1) learners only.
Applicants who have graduated from high school or are expected to graduate by June 2026
Beginner-level Korean learners (Those who are new to Hangul or have basic knowledge of Hangul / Only Level 1 (beginner) is offered)
Required Documents
A copy of your passport.
A copy of final degree certificate (only in English or Korean; translations must be notarized if in another language).
For high school seniors graduating in June 2026: Official transcript with the expected graduation date.
If the transcript does not indicate the graduation date, you must submit a document issued by the school administration certifying that the student is expected to graduate before June 2026. The document should include the school name, expected graduation date, student’s name, and the name and contact information of the responsible officer.
2026 Tuition (Including Insurance KRW 40,000 / Non-refundable): KRW 904,000 - All bank transfer fees must be borne by the applicant. Any shortage due to exchange rate differences must be additionally paid. - When transferring via bank, the received amount may be less than the sent amount due to transfer fees. Please ensure the full amount is received.

Refund Policy - Refunds are processed based on the date of submission of the refund request form. - For overseas refunds, bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Students will be placed into appropriate classes (upper, intermediate, or lower within Level 1) based on the placement test.
The program may be canceled if the number of registered students is fewer than 5.
Students must attend at least 80% (38 hours) of the total class hours to complete the course.
Grades are determined based on attendance, examinations, and other assessments. However, only Korean language class hours are counted toward the required attendance for course completion.
A Certificate of Enrollment, Transcript, and Certificate of Completion (upon completion) can be issued.
