The Advanced Korean program is based on advanced learning and explores various topics in depth, including current affairs, news, and literary readings. In particular, it offers a structured curriculum to enhance advanced Korean expressions and speaking skills applicable to real-life and professional fields. Additionally, it provides a unique learning experience through special lectures by experts in various fields and cultural experience programs.
Eligibility: Applicants must have completed Level 6 or higher in the Regular Program or The University Korean Program, or Level 8 or higher in the Online Global Korean Program at Yonsei KLI.
Duration: The program can be taken for a maximum of 2 consecutive semesters (no more than 2 semesters).
Course Structure: The Advanced Korean Program is a 10-week semester, totaling 100 hours per semester.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (4 days a week)
Monday, Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 12:50 PM / Current Affiars Korean, Literature, Presentations, etc.
Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 11:50 AM / Special lectures, Vocabulary,Grammar, News listening etc.
Students who have completed Level 6 or higher in the Regular Program or The University Korean Program, or Level 8 or higher in the Online Global Korean Program.
To apply, you must have completed the current course (Level 6 or higher). If you fail the current course, you must retake the same level.
Current students do not need to submit additional documents.
If tuition increases, the difference must be paid.
Any bank fees incurred during remittance are the student’s responsibility, and any additional amount due to exchange rates must be paid as well.
Refund Policy - Refunds are processed based on the submission date of the refund application form. - For requests involving overseas remittances, the refunded amount will exclude the remittance fee.
